May’s box sold out in less than a week, but we’re still throwing out confetti all month long in celebration of the Asheville women and their companies who have inspired our box!!! I sit alone now, along with thousands of business owners, with shuttered doors and only our online presence open for business. I feel helpless to help- I’m supposed to stay put and keep my family healthy. I CAN do what I can do, though, which is use my voice to lift up small businesses and show our audience why it’s so important to #shopsmall.

Starting tomorrow, we’re giving our first spoiler and showcasing the business, and the Momtrepreneur(s), who created it. I hope you will enjoy learning more about the box items and how they came in existence! On another note, Asheville is one of my favorite places on Earth- It’s quirkiness shines on every corner of downtown, the people are friendly, and views from anywhere are stunning, with a temperate seasonal climate. Their old slogan was “Altitude Affects Attitude” and I truly believe that! Everything seems a lot easier when you get to the mountains.

We’re spotlighting women in business next month too (since we’re sold out, I guess I can go ahead and spill the beans). Our June theme is Livin’ La Vida Local and I’ve partnered with more women business owners, who are local to me, for an amazing box to get you back out glamping, safely!
